Olivia is one of our most popular mares. All 5 of her foals have sold either en-utero or before weaning. To ride Olivia is to love her. Her easy to sit trot, majestic canter, and "think it and it's done" lateral work make her foals a top choice for those looking for ease of training, super disposition, and quailty gaits. Olivia is the dam of HF Ciela (retained her at Hammock Farm), HF Oriana, HF Orencio, and HF Oliana.

HF Ciela (Camaron IX x Olivia) is a grand mare! (We of course knew she was special the day she was born!) After being started under saddle this year she then joined Bob Giles' four-in-hand team of driving Andalusians. What a great job Ciela has done! She took to driving in her usual non-chalant way. As just a coming 5 year old she is on the left lead and goes through hazards and cones without batting an eyelash. Her dressage is where she shines the brightest! Ciela, Bob, and all the other mares in the team are on the developing horse list for the 2010 WEG's! Peter Tisher, from Germany, is the team coach. When we were in Kentucky at the KY Horse Park working with Peter he repeatedly said how smart the leaders of this team are. We are so proud of Ciela. Someday Ciela will join our other outstanding Broodmares. But for now she will prove our outstanding our breeding program.

Selene is a 1998 grey 16.2hh Andalusian mare (S/P). She has a very sweet, friendly disposition and is equally nice under saddle. With her up-hill way of going, she is great to canter and her trot is easy to sit. She offers collection as well as extension with willingness and lightness. Selene has good quality feet, straight legs, and correct movement. Her sire is Irreal (P), a dressage horse who is a successful Grand Prix competitor in Australia. The 16.3hh Falicia is Selene's dam. Falicia is a National Champion in halter and performance. Falicia's sire Castiblanco III is a National Champion as well. Selene's foals are very popular with their owners. We get weekly glowing reports! Selene is dam of HF Sinforoso, HF Sedoso, and HF Salvio.

Joanna, one of our breeding partners here at Hammock Farm, bought this filly en-utero. Oliana (Puntero VI x Olivia)has turned out to be a beautiful and athletic filly. She is just starting her training and if she is like her sister and her dam she will be a fabulous ride! Once she has proven herself under-saddle she will then continue our wonderful "O" line of Andalusians.

Doncella (Cielo x Lanca V)had a very successful career in Eventing. She then produced some very nice foals for us here at Hammock Farm. Doncella, along with all our mares, took a break in 2009-2010 from broodmare duties and is being leased by Heather Canipe here at Hammock Farm. Heather and Doncella went to the Canterbury Dressage Show in November 2009 and Won their First Level dressage test! This was Heather's first time at First Level. Congratulations to both Heather and Doncella!
